Maryvale Institute
We are privileged to be studying and working with the Maryvale
Institute in order to be more effective at the 'craft of
catechesis' and to widen our apostolic area.
Several of the Sisters are active in the life and work of the Maryvale Institute:
Sister Rosaleen Shaw O.P. is the new Sub Editor of THE SOWER REVIEW, a quarterly periodical dedicated to Catholic catechetics, published by the Maryvale Institute in association with the Franciscan University of Steubenville and the Studium of Notre Dame de Vie.
Sister Veronica trains leaders for the Echoes course.
Sister Hyacinthe teaches some of the modules on the Certificate in Catechesis programme, and on the B.A. Philosophy programme. She has also written a new adult education course for Maryvale: Anchor, a parenting aid, to be published in the Sower Review shortly.
